Reception

  • Transport to be agreed according to your needs.
  • Unloading to assure the integrity of the part.

  • We have good communications with clients (either in person or by phone, fax, email, instant messaging, videoconferences) to be able to fully understand exactly what clients want.

Research

  • When we receive the part, we perform an analysis of the sketches and plans that we receive
  • We identify the materials and their hardness
  • We estimate any possible deformations or alterations to the part
  • For welding services, we select the most suitable technique (laser, micro-plasma, TIG, etc.)
  • For engraving services, we analyse the adjustments needed in the computer files provided, as well as the ideal positioning of the part in the machine
  • Initial cost estimate.

Treatment / solution

1. Welding service
- We apply the technique that was selected for each individual case, with contributions suitable to the type of steel, hardness and treatments (i.e. we have special rods for nitrated, sulphurised, etc.)
We can resolve the following problems:
- Rough edges.
- Cracks and scratches.
- Leaks.
- Modification of figures.
- Reproduction of figures that are worn.
- Filling of worn injection points.
- Flattened areas.
- Eroded castings.
- Cracked matrixes.
- Inside of racing boats.
- Ability to work in areas that are difficult to access.

2. Engraving service
- The adjustments are executed as needed in the provided computer files.
- The part is positioned to adjust it using the software and so that the engraving is done with greater reliability and speed.
- The software is adjusted, taking the material into account and the depth required for the engraving.
- The part is engraved.

Finish

- Secure packaging.
- Photographs are taken to identify the part.
- Transport is organised.
- All in a short period of time so that your company’s production process is affected as little as possible.
